Each institution’s contract is customized to fit your needs. The process begins with an on-site evaluation of your animal care facility operations to familiarize us with the physical plant, operational processes, workplace standards, and the overall workplace. Follow-up discussions are focused on identifying the expectations and performance objectives you have established for your animal care program, as well as the level of involvement that would be required from us. Following this site visit, a detailed proposal is prepared for your review and consideration. Upon acceptance of our proposal, there will be no charge for the initial site visit. However, if our services are not required, then there will be a pre-determined set fee (based upon time and travel expenses) for the initial site visit.

 ALACCS recognizes that discussions surrounding your institution can be highly sensitive. Site visits are conducted with the utmost discretion and any information provided is always treated as strictly confidential.
